Forklift Operator

Staffmark is hiring for a Forklift Operator in Springdale, AR with a leading manufacturer of wet wipe products. Pay Rate: $18.00/hr

Shift Details: 12-hour rotating shifts (must be flexible with scheduling) | Work may include day or night rotation - consistent attendance is essential.

Responsibilities:

• Operate a sit-down forklift to move materials throughout the facility
• Pack and palletize finished wet wipe products
• Assist with general production setup and cleaning
• Ensure safe and efficient handling of materials in various temperature conditions
• Communicate clearly with team members face-to-face

Requirements:

• Regular lifting up to 35 lbs; occasional lifting up to 75 lbs
• Constant standing; frequent bending, twisting, kneeling, climbing, and reaching
• Repetitive hand/foot movements
• Work environment may be wet, cold, or hot depending on the area
• Minimum 1 year of sit-down forklift experience required
• Good visual acuity, including depth perception and color vision
• Ability to work in a physically demanding and fast-paced environment
