Description

Nemean Solutions, headquartered in Sierra Vista, AZ, is a certified SBA 8(a) Native Hawaiian Organization (NHO) and veteran-operated company providing advanced Military Intelligence, Enterprise and Cloud IT services, Cybersecurity, Special Operations Forces (SOF) Exercise and Training, and niche Program Support and Professional Services to Federal and State Agencies supporting the US Government Defense, Intelligence and Aerospace sectors.

Job Overview:

Human Resources Administrative and Program Support. The Contractor shall provide administrative and program support for human resource services for both civilian and military personnel in support of the Office of the Chief of Chaplains (OCCH).

Support Hours: Applicant shall be available during core work hours as established the Government customer.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Submit, manage, and track all civilian personnel actions, including recruitment, classification, promotion, reassignment, retirement, awards, evaluations, and training in coordination with the Civilian Personnel Advisory.
  • Provide administrative support and serves as a technical point of contact for the Defense Civilian Personnel Data System (DCPDS), AutoNOA, and Civilian Personnel Online (CPOL).
  • Assist with managing the Defense Performance Management and Appraisal Program (DPMAP) system for OCCH staff.
  • Prepare and track civilian awards and incentive nominations.
  • Coordinate new employee onboarding with CPAC/CHRA.
  • Military Personnel Administration. Process, track, and manage military HR actions including personnel evaluations, leave requests, finance, orders, awards, and in/out-processing coordination.
  • Coordinate with Joint Base Myer-Henderson Hall (JBM-HH) and Headquarters Company for military administrative and medical readiness requirements (e.g., MEDPROS, eMILPO).
  • Serve as liaison to DACH-Personnel for chaplain gains/losses.
  • Support and track the annual Personnel Asset Inventory (PAI)

Requirements

Minimum Requirements/Education:

  • Proven US Army Human Resources experience, awards, actions and evaluations processing.
  • Computer literacy (MS Office applications, in particular).
  • Knowledge of labor laws.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important projects.
  • Strong phone, email and in-person communication skills.
