Wage: $16.50/hour Shift: 1st shift 12-hour Hours: 8-12 hour shift 5am-5pm This company leads the exterior building products industry, delivering high-quality products directly to contractors, builders, and architects across the U.S. and Canada. Production/Produccion Responsibilities include but are not limited to: - Responsible for the assembly and preparation of windows to be shipped - Read each work ticket for processing and proceed with assembling the window - Assemble frame parts and assure screw packs are properly placed with the window frame - Install hardware onto the window manually or with a machine - Operate saw to cut window based on the work ticket - Caulk the window frames and edges - Make sure glass and window is clean and there are no defects in the window - Inspect the final product - Package and shrink wrap windows to be shipped - Responsable del ensamblaje y la preparacion de las ventanas para su envio - Lea cada orden de trabajo para su procesamiento y proceda con el ensamblaje de la Ventana - Ensamble las piezas del marco y asegurese de que los paquetes de tornillos esten correctamente colocados en el marco - Instale los herrajes en la ventana manualmente o con una maquina - Opere la sierra para cortar la ventana segun la orden de trabajo - Selle los marcos y bordes de la Ventana - Asegurese de que el vidrio y la ventana esten limpios y sin defectos - Inspeccione el producto final - Empaque y envuelva las ventanas para su envio con plastico retractil Production/Produccion Requirements: - 0-2 years of experience in a production environment - Ability to read a tape measure - Must be able to push/pull/lift 40 pounds occasionally (50%) - Must be able to stand for duration of shift (8- 12 hours) - Okay working in a hot environment (no a/c) - Ability to reach with hands, stoop, kneel and crouch - 0-2 anos de experiencia en un entorno de produccion - Capacidad para leer una cinta metrica - Debe ser capaz de empujar, jalar y levantar 40 libras ocasionalmente (50%) - Debe ser capaz de permanecer de pie durante el turno (8-12 horas) - Se trabaja bien en un ambiente caluroso (sin aire acondicionado) - Capacidad para alcanzar objetos con las manos, agacharse, arrodillarse y ponerse en cuclillas QPS Employment Group is a full-service staffing firm comprised of dedicated and passionate people with over 50 offices throughout the United States.
