Sales Service Coordinator (Consumer Fragrance)

About You:
We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic individual who be the key to the success of our sales team.

• This is a very interactive position where you will be the glue that sticks together different internal departments execution with the commercial delivery.
• To be successful in this position you will demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills, organizational and project coordination skills along with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage pressure to meet deadlines.

You will spend your time:

Client Project Responsibility & Cross-Functional Team Coordination: Coordinating multiple client fragrance development projects by liaising with internal teams, both locally and internationally, including perfumers, labs, marketing, production, customer service, scent designers & tracking all relevant details of project briefing and related submissions.

Client Meeting Responsibility: Scheduling, organizing and preparing meetings, including: submission materials, sampling, blotters, submission sheets, and all support material.

Client Service Responsibility: Daily and ongoing support and communication to customer needs, such as pricing, oil, coordination of shipping, documentation and samples. Project administration during project development, entering projects, sending out submissions and reworks, directing internal team, managing deadlines and requests, monitoring pricing, logging in bases, updating projects, keeping project folders and records, ordering oils, stability requests, regulatory paperwork, tracking progress of approved fragrances, entering adoptions, entering into SAP, prices, and initiating line extensions.

Data Management Responsibility: Maintain/Ownership of data integrity, including: SAP/Business Warehouse/Price Lists, oil references, sales reporting tools, approved levels and bases, etc.

Safety/Toxicology Responsibility: Ensure clients' current portfolios meet the latest industry regulations. Issue necessary safety documents; Coordinate all tox works, working with regulatory team to maintain fragrances in complaince with new amendments.

Required Experience:

• 1-3 years of related work experience.
• Strong Organizational skills: to manage priorities, very tight timelines and changing project requirements aswell as supporting external customers.
• Strong Computer skills: Knowledge in internal data systems such as Microsoft office, Excel, PPT, Word,SAP, BW and ML Output will be to generate sales reports.
• Strong Interpersonal and Communication skills: effectively communicate and build customer and internal relationships

Preferred Experience:

• Self-starter, willing to proactively take on additional projects both internal and external, work unsupervised, and take ownership to meet account objectives.
• 1-3 years' experience in the Fragrance Industry preferred.
• Experience in prioritizing, coordinating, multi-tasking and managing several accounts as well as numerousprojects at any given time with pressure to meet deadlines.

Compensation ($60,000 - $70,000) is based on a variety of factors including but not limited to work experience, skills, certifications, and location.
