We are currently seeking a skilled Start up Technician with experience in HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems for commercial environments, particularly supermarkets.

• Start-up, test, and verify functionality of newly installed HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing, and electrical systems.

• Ensure all installations meet engineering specs, manufacturer guidelines, and local codes.

• Collaborate with subcontractors and vendors to ensure proper system integration.

• Interpret blueprints, identify discrepancies, and communicate necessary adjustments.

• Install, connect, and calibrate thermostats, sensors, controllers, and related components.

• Troubleshoot and maintain commercial mechanical and plumbing systems.

• Align and level equipment for optimal performance.

• Provide clear communication and walk-throughs to customers on work performed.

• Install or update controls and automation systems as needed.

• Diagnose system issues using testing and visual inspections based on specifications.

• Complete required documentation accurately and on time for compliance and invoicing.

• Maintain truck inventory and follow vehicle maintenance protocols.

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in commercial refrigeration, ideally in supermarket environments.

• EPA 608 Certification

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

• Ability to read blueprints, control drawings, and technical documents.

• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.

• Comfortable working at heights, lifting up to 50 lbs, and working evenings, weekends, or out of town if needed.

• Proven ability to manage competing priorities with minimal supervision.

• Excellent communication, leadership, and teamwork skills.
