Position Summary |
THIS IS A TIME-LIMITED POSITION WITH AN ESTIMATED DURATION OF 3 YEARS.
The primary purpose of this position is to provide program support to the compliance and training of the members of the Clinical Trials Office (
CTO) utilizing the Learning Portal. This position enables this purpose through the functions of Administrative Support Specialist to the
CTO. |
Minimum Education and Experience Requirements |
High school diploma or equivalency and one year of related office experience; or equivalent combination of training and experience. |
Required Qualifications, Competencies, and Experience |
Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook email and calendars,
TEAMS, and Lists.
An ability to interpret guidelines, answer questions and advise others regarding processes, services and operations in a courteous manner.
Demonstrated experience providing general office support for a high volume/large office.
Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple, competing and changing priorities. |
Preferred Qualifications, Competencies, and Experience |
Previous administrative experience in a clinical research office setting.
Familiarity with oncology terminology and
CFR Parts 50, 54, 56, 312, 314 and
ICH Guidelines.
Previous work with Cadmium Ethos, Canvas, or
SAKAI. WordPress experience.
Knowledge of University systems and procedures.
Experience with OnCore database management system. |
Required Licenses/Certifications |

Special Physical/Mental Requirements |
Requires sitting for extended periods of time.
Ability to move 25 pounds with or without reasonable accommodations.
Ability and willingness to push cart with files between 4-5 buildings. |
