- Job is based at Rev Hugh Cooper Admin Center
- This position is intended to be conducted within the state of New Mexico; however, remote candidates in other states may be considered. Remote employees may not reside in California, Washington, Illinois, Wyoming, North Dakota, Ohio and New York.

Prefer Qualifications
- Experience operationalizing vendor solutions including contract scoping and management.
- Enjoys working through a process and diving into the details of how to execute on a project.
- Experience with project management.
- A working knowledge of health care and quality measures (HEDIS, STARS).

Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business, Nursing, Healthcare, or related field, Masters preferred.
- 2 years Quality experience.
- Compliance with specifics to Healthcare accreditation and CMS
- Adherence to contract language
- Managed Care and awareness enterprise operations, functions & processes

Responsibilities
- In collaboration with the Supervisor/Manager, guides others to develop build and update work plans, tasks, timelines, measurements, and reports
- Demonstrates initiative and tenacity in the development of solutions to overcome barriers
- Negotiates contracts, and oversees vendor relationships and deliverables that support corporate business decisions
- Compiles and presents summaries of complex health management activities in a professional format to the appropriate internal or external entities
- Mentors and guides team members and others.
- Design and implement of wide-ranging, global programs
- Organize initiatives across the enterprise
- Develop initiatives which respond to change in managed care
