- The Talent Acquisition Coordinator is an integral role supporting the recruiting function and contributes to the overall success of the team by providing a high-level candidate and customer experience, administrative support, and delivering operational excellence to the organization.
- Supporting multiple Recruiters with job postings on the career site, scheduling complex interviews while providing an excellent candidate experience.
- Interviews include phone, videoconferencing (Zoom/Teams), onsite interviews, and travel (when needed)
- Completing background checks, sending onboarding documents, and sending New Hire Announcement to be hiring leaders, providing onboarding hire instructions
- Maintaining HR Data Systems (Workday, Req Report, and SAP)
- Ensuring process completion for all new hires to include orientation travel, background checks, and new hire paperwork, and sending a welcome email to new hires
- Prepare and distribute metrics reporting
- Manage online resume database to ensure applicant information is current, include complete applications, background information, and identification details.
- Special projects as assigned.
- There are three primary areas that they will be supporting: posting roles, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.

Required Skills:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Minimum 2 years of being an ambassador in the candidate experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience in utilizing Microsoft Office products (MS Word, Excel, and Outlook) specifically scheduling meetings
Preferred Skills:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum 2 years of Human Resources/Talent Acquisition or related coordinator experience.
- Organized with a strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent follow-through skills.
- Able to be flexible, proactive, highly organized, and able to easily shift priorities
- Exceptional follow-through and attention to detail
- Taking initiative, being resourceful in hunting for information and unafraid to ask questions
