What this job involves - The Sr. Program Manager will be a central point of contact for Client's partners. This role will be a conduit between Occupancy Planning (OP), Relocation Project Management (RPM), Facilities Management (IFM), Labs, and Project Management (PjM). The Sr. Program Manager will be responsible for driving deadlines and connecting pillar partners with Client's strategic vision for the Sunnyvale portfolio.

Responsibilities:

  • Information Management - responsible for data accuracy for all Space Management activity related to a given region. This individual will be accountable for the incoming information and outgoing information to all key pillar partners. Providing an up-to-date schedule and XXXX will be required.

  • REWS Partner - work directly with Client's Business Partners and Workplace Services Managers for information pertaining to Product Area (PA) activity. Responsible for notifying client partners of actions, statuses, risks, and opportunities as they pertain to the Space Management strategies and their impacts on other service lines.

  • Timeline Development - partner with JLL's Occupancy Planning team for the strategic needs of the PA, and their targeted timelines for activity. Drive consistent schedules between OP, RPM, Labs, etc.

  • Schedule Development - ensure the Planning Schedule aligns with the overarching project schedule and clients Plan of Record. Integrate sources into a single source of truth

  • Operational Oversight - accountable for all Space related activity end-to-end

    • Account for all deadlines between OP and RPM

    • Review materials, provide solutioning, and submit proposals to client.

    • Identify opportunities and risks. Bring solutions to client.

    • Escalate risks that may pose a threat to the overall restack timeline and any domino impacts

    • Bridge gaps between OP, RPM, and Client as needed

  • Data Analysis & Insights: Perform data analysis and provide relevant insights, such as show-up rates, conference room utilization, and meeting room types/ratios.

  • Oversight & Support: remain engaged in BAU operations and activity taking place within the SVL portfolio. Empower teams to execute tasks while maintaining the project schedule and intended programmatic goals.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field. Advanced degree or project management certification is preferred.

  • Knowledgeable in both Occupancy Planning and MAC operations

  • Proven experience in project management, specifically in relocation projects or complex moves.

  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to drive and oversee successful project outcomes.

  • Excellent understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and best practices.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.

  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

  • Knowledge of real estate or property management industry is a plus.

Estimated total compensation for this position:

165,000.00 - 217,040.00 USD per year

The total compensation range is an estimate and not guaranteed. An employment offer is based on an applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data .
