This is a part-time (10-20 hours/week), remote or in-person position, with the potential to evolve into a full-time sales role for the right candidate. The BDR will focus primarily on appointment setting and lead generation, acting as a key liaison between prospective clients and WBCP's executive leadership. Leveraging tools such as ZoomInfo for lead sourcing and HubSpot CRM for tracking and outreach, this role demands a high level of organization, follow-through, and communication skills. As part of a mission-aligned and collaborative team, the BDR will contribute to WBCP's strategic growth by identifying opportunities, initiating contact with public, private, and nonprofit sector leaders, and representing the firm's values and capabilities with professionalism.
