About the Role Impact you will make As a Data Analyst, you will play a key role in shaping how business data is collected, interpreted, and used to support strategic decisions across teams. You'll be responsible for producing detailed operational and financial reports, reconciling account discrepancies, and enabling data-driven decisions for both internal teams and external clients. Your work directly impacts client satisfaction, operational performance, and long-term revenue generation. What you will do
- Prepare recurring reports (daily, weekly, monthly) tailored to business unit and client needs
- Build, refine, and automate Tableau dashboards and Excel trackers to support operational KPIs, performance, aging analysis, and team productivity
- Reconcile reports from multiple systems and identify root causes for data mismatches
- Support internal and external stakeholders with ad-hoc report requests, providing context, insights, and explanation as needed
- Support team leads and QA with report validation, productivity tracking, and staffing projections
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and alignment across internal systems and external client files
- Proactively identify report gaps or automation opportunities to improve delivery timelines
- Document and update reporting SOPs as systems and client requirements evolve
What you will bring
- A degree in any discipline (STEM or Business preferred)
- 2+ years' experience of Data Analytics in Corporate setting
- Intermediate to Advance knowledge of SQL and ability to troubleshoot data inconsistencies across sources
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (formulas, pivot tables, lookup logic)
- Working knowledge of Tableau or Power BI; comfort navigating dashboards and building calculated fields
- Strong analytical mindset and comfort interpreting large datasets
- Ability to communicate clearly with cross-functional teams, including QA, Finance, Operations, and Client Services
What we would like to see
- Experience in healthcare revenue cycle reporting or operational analytics
- Familiarity with common hospital or billing systems (e.g., ARO, Epic, CM)
- Strong time management skills, especially under tight reporting deadlines
- Collaborative mindset and willingness to support other teams as reporting priorities shift
- Ability to balance recurring reports and ad-hoc requests effectively
