Job Summary:

As a Product Manager at Belden, you'll be at the forefront of innovation, owning the profitability and lifecycle of an entire product family-from initial concept to market execution. This dynamic role combines business insight, marketing creativity, and technical expertise to turn bold ideas into impactful products. You'll collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, Sales, Marketing, Manufacturing, Finance, Legal, and more, acting as the driving force behind strategic initiatives. Responsibilities:

• Manage product family revenue and profitability growth
• Manage product family roadmap and lifecycle from strategic planning through to end of life
• Collaborate with engineering to develop products as needed to ensure a well-rounded portfolio that fulfills market needs
• Specifying customer requirements for current and future products
• Provide competitive analysis and market positioning
• Execute project plans
• Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to create comprehensive go-to-market plans
• Serve as the internal and external evangelist for the Industrial Copper Ethernet product line
• Present product information for educational purposes as needed to customers and distributors
• Manage product data in conjunction with engineering to ensure up-to-date and accurate technical data sheets and website information
• Participate in cost and price analyses during scheduled cost reviews and as needed for new product pricing, special pricing requests, and periodic price updates
• Some travel (less than 20%) is required to visit customers, other Belden locations, and potential tradeshows

Required Skills and Experience

• Bachelor's Degree, MBA is an asset.
• Preferably Engineering Degree
• 5 Years Experience minimum

Applicants can expect a base compensation range of $101,400-$152,100, plus benefits and additional incentives based on the level of the role. This is the reasonable estimate that Belden believes it might pay for this job based on applicable circumstances at the time of posting. Belden may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range as permitted by law, and commensurate with the applicant's experience, qualifications, and geographical location.
