Our Moog Military Aircraft Group is looking for an Advanced Technical ERP Analyst to maintain and manage functions in the Infor SyteLine Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. This role coordinates and directs activities associated with ERP operations, enhancement, customizations, and troubleshooting. You'll have an onsite work schedule at our business unit, Genesys Aerosystems, located in Mineral Wells, TX. Genesys Aerosystems delivers customer-focused technologies and customized solutions for Special Mission, Military & Defense, Military Trainer, Business, and General Aviation industries. Day- to-Day Responsibilities:
- Use ERP technology for supporting manufacturing and associated business processes. Independently, or coordinating with other ERP support.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to satisfy requirements with existing tools or extend ERP to add capabilities.
- Write or extend reports.
- Troubleshoot data issues.
- Learn and support custom software and ERP extensions.
- Refractor and consolidate legacy customizations.
- Evaluate and install vendor patches.
- Support users.
- Suggest process, performance, or technical improvements.
- Help guide ERP upgrades or migrations.
Here's what you'll bring with you...
- Six to eight years of experience, showing progressively increasing responsibilities and achievements working with ERP platforms.
- Initiative to identify problem areas or opportunities for improvement.
- Demonstrated history of independently learning new technologies or business concepts as needed.
- History of successful product management of major ERP functions within a Tier 2 or Tier 1 ERP. The ideal ERP background is in Manufacturing. (It is understood that even with strong ERP experience it will require time to become familiar with Syteline).
- Database maintenance and data access, ideally SQL Server.
- Fundamentals of object-oriented programming. At least basic proficiency in C# and VB.NET or demonstrated ability to master fundamentals of new languages quickly.
- Knowledge of manufacturing best practices.
- Ability to translate human requests to process and automation.
- Knowledge of web-based data transfer protocols.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, both technical and on the human level.
- Proficiency extracting datasets to display data in the format and technology required: real-time, integration packages, reports, etc. PowerBI is preferred.
- Must be a U.S citizen.
