We're growing fast and looking for a skilled Structured Cabling Technician to help us build the networks of tomorrow. *Why This Role Matters* As a Structured Cabling Technician, you'll be a key player in shaping the physical foundation of modern communication systems. Your work will directly impact the speed, reliability, and performance of our clients' networks-whether in high-rise offices, data centers, or new construction sites. *What You'll Be Doing* * Installing, maintaining, and repairing structured cabling systems in a variety of environments * Building cable pathways using trays, racks, J-hooks, and other infrastructure * Terminating, labeling, testing, and troubleshooting fiber optic and copper cabling * Documenting your work with precision and clarity * Ensuring compliance with safety codes, industry standards, and legal regulations *What We're Looking For* * High school diploma or equivalent * At least 6 months of hands-on experience in structured cabling or a related field * Familiarity with BICSI, ANSI, EIA/TIA, and NEC standards * Ability to adapt to different work environments-from construction zones to finished office spaces * Strong attention to detail and a knack for solving problems * Clear and professional communication skills * OSHA 30 and SST *Preferred Skills* Experience with Cat5/Cat6, cable trays, J-hooks, ladder racks, fiber optics, conduit, blueprints, and telecom infrastructure is a big plus. *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $30.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
