Job Title: Data Specialist/ Data Manager/ Data Analyst Pay Rate: $51.51 per hour on W2 without benefits Location: 5 Quakerbridge Plaza, Hamilton NJ, 08619 Duration: 12+ months Hours/week: 40 hrs. Required: Bachelor's degree Medicaid/ Medicare Analytics Roles and Responsibilities: You will be part of a team of different experts working together to explore and implement program-wide strategies to improve statewide maternity care. You will develop and conduct research to determine the impact of recent and current maternal health initiatives on the experience and quality of maternity care received by NJ Family Care members. This research may be qualitative-in the form of focus groups, surveys, or case studies with patients, families, providers, or community organizations-or quantitative-in the form of data analytics on health care eligibility, claims reimbursement, or quality metric data. Research may be based on various data sources, and you must clearly communicate the strengths or limitations associated with your research results and adapt research approaches as needed. You will be asked to efficiently and effectively summarize research and share key findings and recommendations in various formats-verbal, written, and graphic-and for different audiences-the public at large, state leadership, and other interested stakeholders. You must understand and communicate the principles behind applying quantitative or qualitative methodologies to drive impact through informed policy. Required Skills: You are well-suited to this position if you have strong writing/communication ability, curiosity, empathy, and organizational skills. You must be committed to professional growth. While you must collaborate well with others, you must also be able to complete significant work products independently. Required Experience: At least 2 additional years of professional experience with qualitative or quantitative analytics are required. Required Education: Graduation from an accredited college or university with a Bachelor's degree is required.
