Your role with us As a nurse in our Intensive Care Unit (ICU), you'll care for a highly critical and diverse patient population, including level 2 trauma, neuro, medical, and surgical cases. You'll work within a multidisciplinary care delivery model with a strong focus on sepsis management. This role offers you the opportunity to grow professionally through specialized credentialing in Continuous Renal Replacement Therapy (CRRT), Intracranial Pressure Monitoring, and Targeted Temperature Management. You'll be part of an award-winning team known for its collaborative and supportive culture. Our ICU has earned the prestigious Beacon Award for Excellence four times, an Oregon first and has also been recognized by the Department of Health and Human Services for Sustained Improvement in Eliminating Hospital-Acquired Infections.
