Position Overview:

ViiV Healthcare is requesting the services of Syneos health to identify a dedicated and detail-oriented Senior Implementation Research Manager to join the Digital Innovation and Implementation Science team to fill the team's need to improve oversight of a large portfolio of studies and dissemination of data from the studies within 1 year. Key skillsets for this individual include a strong background in study management, data analysis, presentation creation and data dissemination, and cross-functional collaboration. This role involves overseeing Investigator-Sponsored Studies (ISS)/Sponsored Collaboration Studies (SCS) activities, updating and creating presentation slides, analyzing data, disseminating data effectively, and providing support to other functions within the organization. Experience in implementation science will be highly valued.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ISS/SCS Oversight:
    • Provide oversight and management of ISS and SCS as needed, ensuring compliance with internal and external policies and procedures and ensuring all study-related activities are on track, including study proposal reviews, contracting and monitoring, and providing regular reports to senior management
    • Ensure study documentation, including study slide templates, are updated on a consistent bases to support rapid dissemination of study progress. Collaborate with team members to gather necessary data and insights for presentation updates.
    • Implement and maintain data management systems to track study progress and data dissemination efforts.
  • Data Dissemination:
    • Foster strong working relationships with key stakeholders to facilitate smooth data sharing and project management.
    • Lead the implementation of purposeful engagement and development of data dissemination plans and strategies. Ensure that data is shared appropriately with internal and external stakeholders.
    • Provide cross-functional data dissemination support by pulling data from various studies in response to requests from different departments. Develop slides and presentations to support these needs.
    • Act as a liaison between different departments to ensure data is shared and utilized effectively. Utilize multiple channels (e.g., internal platforms, cross-functional meetings, social media) to disseminate data effectively.
  • Project Management:
    • Planning, executing and managing a variety of projects to ensure they are completed on time and within budget
    • Supporting with identifying risk management strategies
    • Tracking project progress, identifying and addressing issues and adjusting as needed
    • Ensuring that projects align with and meet standards and expectations.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in a relevant field such as public health, implementation science or a related discipline.
  • Proven experience in data analysis, presentation creation, and data dissemination.
  • Must be adept in slide design and presentation creation to effectively communicate complex data.
  • Experience with study management.
  • Highly skilled in project management
  • Knowledge and experience in implementation science.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and other presentation software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $110,000-$115,000 The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high of the Syneos Health range for this position. Actual salary will vary based on various factors such as the candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. In addition, some positions may include a company car or car allowance and eligibility to earn commissions/bonus based on company and / or individual performance
