Apply Marshall School of Business Faculty Washington D.C., District of Columbia Part-Time, Teaching-Track Faculty Positions in Leadership - Washington, DC The Marshall School of Business at the University of Southern California Capital Campus, based in Washington, DC, seeks qualified applicants for part-time, one-semester, in-person positions as Lecturers to join our faculty at the Capital Campus in Fall 2025. The faculty member will teach first-semester undergraduate students enrolled in a Leadership (4 Units) class. This course:
Faculty typically teach one to three sections, for which they will develop syllabi and assignments in accordance with program guidelines. The class meets two days per week in two, two-hour blocks at the Capital Campus (1771 N St NW, Washington, DC). Faculty are encouraged to organize two to three site visits and/or host distinguished guest speakers throughout the semester. A strong commitment to student engagement and a deep understanding of student needs is expected. Initial appointments are fixed-term, with the possibility of renewal contingent on performance and review by the program faculty, directors, and college deans. Compensation The per-course rate for this position is $11,000.
