Position summary: The Facilities - PMCM department is searching for a Electrical Engineer (CM-EE) to perform duties in Dublin, GA. The candidate shall have the capability to perform Constructability Reviews, Quality Assurance Monitoring, monitoring a contractor's adherence to standards in order to meet the specifications and to avoid deficiencies in the work. Other requirements include the level of work performed daily, performing weekly and monthly reviews and reports; change order proposal reviews and schedule development adherence; recommendations pertaining to the integrated master schedules (IMS), written and oral communications and coordination efforts as required.

Essential functions and responsibilities



  • Shall be able to quickly understand and master the requirements of the local state and federal jurisdictions and the requirements of each considering the Requirements of the Project.
  • Possess Communication, Language, and Software Skills with the ability to utilize a variety of software programs to monitor, update, and produce work products by applying knowledge of computer literacy.

Required Skills

  • Proficient written and verbal communication skills
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Good attention to detail with the ability to recognize discrepancies
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Ability to freely access all points of a construction site in wide-ranging climates and environment

Required Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited engineering program
  • 6+ years' experience in both design and construction.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)


Preferred Experience



  • Professional Engineer Certification
  • Knowledgeable with CPM scheduling. Experienced with Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project is preferred
  • Experience working with governmental agencies at the city, county and state levels
  • Knowledgeable in construction testing and inspection requirements
  • Experience working in hospitals or medical facilities


Working Conditions

Work is performed in both an office and field (construction) environment. Office to field time is approximately 25% to 75% respectively. Field work requires climbing, walking and standing at a construction site and may be outside in heat/cold, wet/humid, and dry/arid conditions. Some lifting (up to 50 lbs) may be required.
