We're seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Executive Administrative Assistant to support our leadership team. This role is essential to ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, effective communication, and seamless coordination across departments.
Key Responsibilities * Executive Support: Provide high-level administrative assistance to SR. leaders, managing calendars, travel arrangements, and confidential communications. * Meeting & Event Coordination: Organize internal and external meetings, including agenda preparation, logistics, and follow-up. Plan and execute team events and training sessions. * Communication & Liaison: Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. Handle inquiries, prioritize issues, and escalate critical matters to leadership. * Document & Information Management: Create and edit presentations, reports, and spreadsheets. Take accurate meeting minutes and transcribe technical or sensitive content. * Project & Task Management: Support cross-functional projects, track progress, and ensure timely completion of deliverables. * Editorial Excellence: Review and refine written materials for clarity, grammar, and tone. Ensure all communications reflect professionalism and transparency. * Collaboration & Culture: Foster strong interdepartmental communication and contribute to a positive, productive team environment. Qualifications * Experience: Minimum 2 years in an executive assistant or administrative support role, preferably supporting sales or commercial leadership. * Skills: * Proven ability to manage multiple calendars and prioritize competing demands. * Experience handling sensitive customer communications and requests. * Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint). * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * High attention to detail and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset. * Education: Associate's degree preferred; equivalent work experience accepted *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $40.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
