* Responsibilities include assuring administrative compliance for a variety of utility design projects.
* Liaise between internal teams to include engineers, designers, project managers as well as external customers to include utilities, telecommunication companies, municipalities, and state agencies as needed to assure survey work and permitting requirements are completed in a timely and compliant fashion.
* Functions as point of contact for receiving and processing fees for new requests, assuring billing of and receipt of payment reporting, tracking, retrieval and analysis of response to these requests.

Primary Duties:
* Coordinate activities between internal and external stake holders
* Process work requests. This includes qualifying companies and processing of licensing fees.
* Work with outside companies to resolve any conflicts impeding completion of make-ready work.
* Prepare documents and reports as needed to report on performance of response to work requests
* Permit Coordination
* Provide support on utility permit correction requests for job approval.
* Submit Designs and Permit Applications to local municipals daily
* Other duties as assigned

* Prior experience in fast paced engineering support environment preferred.
* Utility, State, DOT or related permit acquisition experience a major plus.
* MS Office proficient, advanced Excel and data analysis skills preferred
* High School Diploma (AS or BS degree preferred)

Compensation: In accordance with local law, the below salary range is applicable for the job and location associated with this requisition. Compensation will vary based upon experience, education, skill level, geographical location, and other compensable factors.

Other Compensation: Employee may be eligible for participation in the Company's annual Discretionary Bonus Program which is contingent on Company, Business Segment, and Individual performance against Key Performance Indicators which vary by year and employee.
