Job Description: Position Summary The Head of People, Property & Performance leads key internal functions including HR, facilities, internal communications, information management, and corporate events. This role ensures operational efficiency, compliance, and alignment with strategic goals through strong administrative oversight, performance tracking, and cross-departmental coordination. The Title may be VP or Senior Director, based on experience. Reporting to the CEO, this leader manages administrative budgets and assets, oversees company-wide initiatives to improve productivity, and supports organizational growth. The role also guides internal and external communications, ensures smooth departmental collaboration, and uses performance metrics and benchmarks to drive informed decisions.
