Handle the full revenue cycle: claim submission, payment posting, denial management, and patient collections. Post insurance and patient payments accurately and reconcile daily deposits. Communicate with insurance companies, patients, and internal staff to resolve billing issues. Stay current on payer policies, telehealth billing guidelines, Generate and analyze aging reports to ensure timely collections. Assist with patient billing inquiries and provide excellent customer service. Verify insurance eligibility and benefits for mental health services. Develop and implement billing policies and procedures to ensure compliance with payer guidelines and HIPAA regulations. Manage payer relationships and stay current on changes in telehealth and mental health billing regulations. Resolve complex billing issues and escalated claims.
