TEKsystems is currently seeking qualified candidates interested in a Personal Finance Specialist position in Pensacola, FL! Job Description: * Provide consumer credit counseling and administer debt management services through inbound and outbound calls. * Provide information regarding banking products and services demonstrating knowledge, active listening, multiple system adaptability, and engagement methods to ensure optimal member experience and customer service. * Compute payment offers to creditors, intervening and negotiating with creditors to extend, consolidate, refinance, and/or restructure credit terms and conditions for debt repayment. * Advise members of other products and services that may fit their needs and provide opportunities for positive member interaction. Requirements: * Recent customer service experience, working directly with customers * Willingness to help others, empathy and patience towards members * Professional written and verbal communication skills * Quick data entry skills * Ability to naviate multiple computer systems Schedule: * Monday - Friday, 10:30am - 7:00pm CST * Hybrid schedule with 2 days per week onsite Pay: $17/hour If interested, please apply here with your updated resume! #eastpriority25 Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
