Now Hiring: Full-Time Security Officer - Lexington, NE

Allied Universal is seeking Full-Time Security Officers for a client site in Lexington, Nebraska (ZIP 68850). This is a great opportunity for individuals looking to begin a career in security with a dependable schedule and stable environment.

Position Details:

Pay Rate: $17.50 per hour

• Employment Type: Full-Time

• Shifts Available: Morning, Afternoon, Evening, Overnight

• Workdays: Open availability required (Monday through Sunday)

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and control access to the facility

• Conduct patrols and maintain a visible security presence

• Check badges and enforce site entry policies

• Complete incident reports and shift documentation

• Communicate professionally with staff, visitors, and supervisors

Requirements:

• Ability to stand, walk, and lift more than 20 lbs as needed

• Reliable, professional, and alert during all shift hours

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• No prior experience required - training provided

Preferred Experience:

• Badge/access control system familiarity

• Prior experience in security or safety roles

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience
