Description
A Treasury Solutions Sales Analyst is responsible for strategically partnering with the Chief Treasury Solutions Officer and the Treasury Solutions Consultants to execute sales strategies. Perform a variety of customer service and sales activities to assist new and existing Treasury Solutions (TS) customers. Support Treasury Solutions Consultants in customer expansion and retention. Contribute to the effective and efficient operations of the bank while providing best in class customer service and upholding City Bank's core values. Support Treasury Management efforts to expand and retain customer relationships, develop 'trusted advisor' account relationships with internal and external clients and assess customer needs and cross-selling opportunities of appropriate bank services.

Essential Duties



  • Partners with Treasury Consultants identifying and soliciting new and renewal business for City Bank
  • Assist with RFP's pricing proposals/proformas and client presentations
  • Studies, analyzes and researches in order to gain a thorough comprehension of new company products and services.
  • Launches new and existing client solutions to City Bank TM Onboarding team.
  • Communicates with supervisor as needed.
  • Provide sales activity and support to TS Consultants to include targeting opportunities, creating prospect lists with the use of Power BI, and updating TS pipeline


  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to expand and retain customer relationships by responding professionally and efficiently to external customer and Officer requests for assistance.
  • Participate on joint and independent sales and service calls to establish and develop new, and expand and retain existing, customer relationships.
  • Acquire and maintain a comprehensive knowledge and understanding of business account relationships comprising the TS portfolio of business.
  • Adhere to bank regulatory, audit and compliance policies/procedures and bank operational policies/requirements within the department and maintain TS pipeline report
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Provide support of bank initiatives as needed, such as the City Bank CX Referral program
  • Ability to be self-motivated.
  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
  • Ability to work with people in a team environment.
  • Ability to work from oral and written communications.
  • Ability to assist in other related areas as required.
  • Ability to travel 10% of time
