Job Title: HR Data Analyst

Location: Lake County, IL 60064

Duration: 06 Months (possibility of extension)

In this role, you'll support an upcoming HR data project to track and report employee data to people leaders.

Key Responsibilities:

* Build and maintain clear, actionable reports or views that people leaders can use independently.

* Validate views after data refresh, troubleshoot

* Develop supporting documentation, job aids, or training materials for users.

* Troubleshoot data or access issues and help ensure a smooth rollout.

* Be the main point of contact for questions from users or

What We're Looking For:

* Bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources, analytics, or related field

* Strong command of Microsoft Office with advanced/expert technical capabilities in Excel and PowerPoint

* Strong experience working with HR, operational, or workforce data

* Familiarity with building reports and dashboards in tools like Visier, Tableau, or Power BI.

* Solid understanding of data privacy and sensitivity when working with employee data.

* Experience in creating clear and effective job aids and training documentation

* Effective presentation skills and outstanding written and verbal communication skills to provide training on a one-on-one basis or to groups - you're comfortable explaining data to non-technical audiences.

* Strong customer service skills

* Visier experience is a plus but not required - a quick learner with strong data fundamentals is more important.
