Join Macquarie's Transaction and Account Management team in the Specialised Asset Finance division as a Manager, Operational Specialist. In this role, you will be part of a dynamic team that is a global provider of specialist finance and asset management solutions across Lending & Asset Finance, Shipping, and Structured Lending. The Transaction and Account Management team is responsible for the operational deal preparation, execution, and post-execution lifecycle management of the Specialised Asset Finance division's portfolio of specialised and structured financing.

What role will you play?

In this role, you will be heavily involved in the coordination of settlement of new transactions and implementing processes and system solutions for their successful management, monitoring, and reporting until maturity. Through your thorough review of legal documentation, you will understand both the commercial and operational features of all transactions to ensure the deal can be effectively managed and accurately booked in our systems, including LoanIQ and Oracle Lease Management. You will possess a passion for problem-solving and an eagerness to investigate and continually seek out process improvements.
Salary range for this position: $125,000 - $155,000/Year. Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, peer and market data, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. You may also be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive compensation award. What you offer

  • Demonstrated previous experience in either loan operations or financial services
  • Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines
  • Prior experience with LoanIQ and Oracle Lease Management (preferable but not required)
  • Strong organisation and communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail.
