This role will serve as the key program operations manager for a large-scale Department of Homeland Security (DHS) program impacting millions of individuals around the world. The position will interface with Telos, Government, and Industry senior executives, program managers, and program staff. The Program Director will be responsible for coordinating cross-functional support from marketing, operations, technology, partner management, and compliance to drive execution of key workstreams. This position requires analytical and technical skills to generate and report on business performance, identifying and leading initiatives for top and bottom-line growth. Strong organizational, analytical, and stakeholder management skills will be key factors to success.

This position will be on a Hybrid schedule and based in our HQ located in Ashburn, VA.

Requirements



  • Develop deep expertise in Telos Onyx, including its facial and voice recognition capabilities, mobile-first architecture, and privacy-preserving identity features.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across key industries such as government, defense, law enforcement, finance, healthcare, and travel/security sectors.
  • Conduct in-depth needs analysis with prospective customers to align Onyx features with their identity verification, authentication, and access control requirements.
  • Deliver compelling product demos and presentations tailored to technical and executive-level audiences.
  • Collaborate with solutions engineers to develop custom proofs-of-concept (POCs) for client use cases.
  • Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified opportunities through outbound efforts, partnerships, and event participation.
  • Prepare detailed proposals, respond to RFPs/RFIs, and negotiate contracts to close deals effectively.
  • Coordinate with Telos marketing to support demand generation and brand awareness campaigns for Onyx.
  • Maintain CRM records to track sales activities, customer engagement, and forecast performance.
  • Stay abreast of trends in biometrics, digital identity, and AI/ML technologies to position Onyx competitively in the marketplace.
  • Represent Telos and Onyx at key industry events, trade shows, and customer briefings.
  • Provide strategic feedback from the field to influence product development, messaging, and roadmap alignment.

Job Requirements

Qualifications




  • Bachelor's (or equivalent) with 0 - 2 years of experience



  • Proven track record in B2B or B2G technology sales, preferably in biometrics, cybersecurity, or identity solutions.



  • Understanding of KYC market space, authentication technologies, digital identity, and/or biometric security applications.



  • Experience selling to federal agencies, state/local governments, or regulated industries is highly desirable.



  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.



  • Ability to navigate sales cycles and influence technical and non-technical decision-makers.



  • Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven with a consultative sales approach.
