As the Director of Ambulatory and Surgical Operations, you will apply broad leadership and business expertise to enhance patient care and operational performance across multiple disciplines.In this critical leadership role, you will: *Foster a culture of positivity and collaboration among physicians and caregivers while prioritizing an exceptional patient experience. *Develop and execute strategic action plans that align with organizational goals. *Optimize resource allocation and ensure employees understand the intent behind the Strategic and Operational Plans. *Champion higher levels of organizational and human performance, improving quality, productivity, and efficiency. *Oversee inpatient and outpatient surgical operations, along with a multispecialty ambulatory setting.
