Candidates must be local to Central FL - 2 Days On Site Required: We're hiring a Senior Project Manager to lead strategic initiatives. This is a high-impact role where digital meets operational excellence-ideal for someone with a strong background in mobile/web platforms and cross-functional project delivery. What You'll Do: -Lead end-to-end project delivery for digital solutions that support logistics, inventory, and vendor integration. -Collaborate with engineering, sourcing, and operations teams to build scalable systems that improve efficiency and reduce costs. -Translate complex business needs into actionable digital roadmaps and technical requirements. -Drive Agile ceremonies, manage timelines, and ensure alignment across stakeholders. -Monitor KPIs and continuously optimize based on performance and feedback. What We're Looking For: -5+ years of project management experience, with a focus on mobile/web platforms. -Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and cross-functional team leadership. -Experience working on digital products that intersect with enterprise systems. -Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $78.00 - $80.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
