Responsibilities

Provo Canyon School is recruiting a customer focused Receptionist/Reception Manager to maintain a professional and welcoming entry point for patients and visitors. We are looking for a compassionate and customer-focused Receptionist Manager that will greet visitors, employees, family members, and patients and ensure all staff members maintain a high level of customer service.

Provo Canyon School is a 24/7 secure behavioral health treatment center for adolescents aged 12 through 17 with locations in Springville and Provo, Utah. We coach, teach and mentor students who have psychiatric disorders. Our goal is to provide treatment that results in positive changes, allowing these youth to return to their families and communities.

Work Schedule: Full-Time, Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm

Work Locations: Must be able to work from Springville and Provo locations as needed

Pay Scale: $20.39 per hour with full benefits package

Qualifications

Your Qualifications will include:

  • High School Diploma or GED required (documentation required)
  • MUST be a minimum 21 years of age or older
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
  • Experience with front desk/reception responsibilities; including high-level customer service background
  • Supervisory experience REQUIRED
