Your Role: Build, Lead, Transform Delivering technology that moves business. Project Leadership: Lead IT-focused initiatives from kickoff to completion through The Pasha Group's Project Management Lifecycle (PMLC), driving planning, execution, testing, and deployment across multiple workstreams with a strong focus on quality, timelines, and ROI. Strategic Execution: Collaborate with business leaders to define scope, allocate resources, and align deliverables with long-term goals while guiding cross-functional teams to ensure clear communication, timely updates, and value-driven outcomes. Continuous Improvement: Mentor project managers and business stakeholders on project discipline, standards, and tools while promoting innovation through process optimization, data-driven decision-making, and lessons-learned analysis. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Foster strong partnerships across departments-including IT, Product Solutions, Operations, and QA-while ensuring alignment of interdependent initiatives and managing priorities across technical and non-technical teams. Quality Oversight: Ensure testing strategies are in place and deliverables meet business and user expectations by defining acceptance criteria, tracking KPIs, and maintaining project transparency using tools like Clarizen, Smartsheet, or Jira. What You Bring to the Team A sharp blend of technical know-how, business savvy, and confident leadership. Education & Certifications: Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business, or a related field, along with a PMP, CSM, or equivalent certification required. Experience: 8+ years of experience managing enterprise-level IT and business process improvement projects, with a strong background in software development, engineering, or IT systems; experience in the logistics or transportation industry is a plus. Tools & Tech Skills: Proficient in project management tools such as Clarizen/AdaptiveWork, Jira, SharePoint, and Azure DevOps, with expertise in Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and Waterfall methodologies. Leadership Strengths: Collaborative leader who drives clarity, accountability, and high performance, with strong communication skills and the ability to influence at all levels; expert in stakeholder engagement, scope definition, risk mitigation, and ROI measurement. Starting pay will be determined by job-related factors including experience, education, and business needs and may be modified at any time. Zone 1: $150,000 - $175,000 This job is also eligible for participation in an Incentive Plan with a target payout based on eligible compensation and corporate/individual performance goal attainment.
