Mary Bridge Children's multi-disciplinary approach to care includes pediatric experts for emergency services, inpatient care, and outpatient specialty clinics, all specializing in kids and their unique needs. Mary Bridge speech therapy is looking for an experienced speech-language pathologist with at least two to three-years of experience in Aural Habilitation, specializing in Listening and Spoken Language/Auditory-Verbal therapy for our growing program. This person will be collaborating with a team of medical providers including ENT providers, Audiologists, and Speech-Language Pathologists; community providers; and family members, to educate families and work with children who are learning to listen, speak, and communicate. Education/Experience: Master's degree in speech-language pathology from an accredited institution Two to three-years-experience working with children who are hard of hearing Continuing education in Listening and Spoken Language therapy Licensure, Certification and/or Registration: CCC and ASHA member Washington State License to practice speech-language pathologist FTE: 1, Shift: Days Schedule: Monday - Friday Position Summary The Speech Pathologist is an exciting opportunity at MultiCare, providing clinical services and communication with patients, families, and other professionals/service providers in the medical community. As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The pay scale is $47.76 - $72.39 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education.
