Recorded Future
United States, Massachusetts, Boston
Jun 17, 2025

With 1,000 intelligence professionals, over $300M in sales, and serving over 1,900 clients worldwide, Recorded Future is the world's most advanced, and largest, intelligence company!

About the Role

Recorded Future is seeking a detail-oriented, tech-savvy Sales Tool Specialist to join our Revenue Operations team. In this role, you will act as the internal owner and subject matter expert for a suite of go-to-market tools including Gong, Clari, and Outreach-with an emphasis on configuration, optimization, user enablement, and cross-system integration. You'll collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Enablement, and Business Applications teams to ensure our GTM tech stack is firing on all cylinders.

This position is perfect for someone who enjoys fine-tuning tools for maximum impact, can spot inefficiencies a mile away, and isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves and automate the boring stuff.

What You'll Do:

  • Serve as the primary administrator and internal expert for Gong, Clari, and Outreach, managing configuration, integrations, and maintenance.
  • Support tool onboarding, training, and ongoing enablement for GTM teams.
  • Partner with Sales Ops, Enablement, and Marketing to drive adoption and ensure tools are aligned with business goals.
  • Collaborate with the Business Applications and Salesforce teams to optimize data flows and reporting across the tech stack.
  • Own troubleshooting and resolution of user issues, coordinating with vendors when necessary.
  • Develop and maintain documentation, including best practices, process guides, and training materials.
  • Support tool evaluations, vendor relationships, and contract renewals as needed.
  • Contribute to roadmap planning and the continuous improvement of our RevOps ecosystem.

What You'll Bring:

  • 3+ years experience in a Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Sales Enablement function, with direct ownership or administration of Gong, Clari, and Outreach.
  • Relevant certifications for Salesforce, Gong, Clari, and Outreach strongly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of sales workflows, pipeline management, forecasting, and engagement strategies.
  • Comfortable analyzing and visualizing tool usage and performance data to recommend improvements.
  • Experience with cross-functional collaboration, especially with Business Systems, IT, and Enablement teams

Preferred Experience :

  • Exposure to or admin-level experience in Marketo, ZoomInfo, or compensation platforms (e.g., SPIFF, QuotaPath).
  • Familiarity with REST APIs, webhooks, or basic automation platforms (Zapier, Snaplogic) a plus.
  • Previous experience in cybersecurity, SaaS, or high-growth tech environments.
