Why M Physicians?

TheClinician Onboarding Specialistleads all aspects of the end-to-end onboarding process for clinicians! As a team, we serve as the main point of contact for clinicians, operational leadership, human resources, and other key partners. We also ensure a consistent and professional onboarding experience for clinicians and faculty partners while actively supervising, auditing and communicating updates to relevant partners across M Health system, including University of Minnesota Medical School and Fairview. We will also work closely and directly with clinicians and takes ownership of the clinician relationship throughout the onboarding process.

Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Educating clinicians on the onboarding process, requirements, and timelines.

  • Verifies compliance and regulatory requirements for their employment and clinical practice are met prior to their start date.

  • Serves as the primary resource to clinicians as they onboard to the organization, following up on action items, and ensuring timely completion of onboarding requirements.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years' experience in Recruitment, Onboarding, or Human Resources seems reasonable.

  • Problem solving and decision-making skills.

  • Excited to connect with a wide variety of employees, managers and candidates and maintain strict confidentiality.

Hours:1.0 FTE

Compensation:

64,335.00 - 93,288.00 USD Annual
