Why M Physicians? TheClinician Onboarding Specialistleads all aspects of the end-to-end onboarding process for clinicians! As a team, we serve as the main point of contact for clinicians, operational leadership, human resources, and other key partners. We also ensure a consistent and professional onboarding experience for clinicians and faculty partners while actively supervising, auditing and communicating updates to relevant partners across M Health system, including University of Minnesota Medical School and Fairview. We will also work closely and directly with clinicians and takes ownership of the clinician relationship throughout the onboarding process. Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
