About this role:
As an Accounts Receivable Billing Supervisor in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), you will ensure that our organization receives timely and precise payment for our healthcare services. Prioritize managing the reimbursement process, optimizing revenue collection, minimizing financial risks, and complying with all regulatory guidelines.

Work Mode:
This role follows a hybrid work model, requiring employees to be in our BSC local office at least three days per week.

Your responsibilities will include:



  • Supervise Reimbursement Operations - Oversees team of Customer Service Associates who manage customer service inquiries and concerns via the phone and/or email.
  • Possesses thorough understanding of revenue cycle with specialization in diagnostic billing, follow-up, and the account resolution process.
  • Claims Management - Ensure collection team have access to current customer information and system operations to work appeal denials efficiently and within a timely manner.
  • Denial Management Performance Reporting & Analysis - Compliance Knowledge/Audit Support
  • Proven experience in Documentation Management and leading a team and managing workload, problem solving, and decision making
  • Adaptability and Change Management -Possesses a cooperative and cheerful outlook toward clients, management, and co-workers by responding politely and professionally and being a valued collaborator.
  • Ability to meet departmental standard for quality and productivity.
  • Responsible for projects and special tasks as assigned.



Required qualifications:



  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or related field or 5 years' previous Insurance Company claims experience and/or health care billing trade school education may be considered in lieu of formal experience.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in reimbursement collections or related areas
  • Minimum of 5 years of RCM experience
  • Minimum of 1 years of people leadership experience In-depth experience and knowledge of reimbursement processes, including claim submission, payment posting, and denial management



Preferred qualifications:



  • Experience in denial management, including advanced strategies and analysis.
  • Advanced reporting and analysis skills, with the ability to identify trends and propose improvements
  • Strong understanding of healthcare regulations, payer policies, and coding system

Compensation will be commensurate with demonstrable level of experience and training, pertinent education including licensure and certifications, among other relevant business or organizational needs. Compensation for non-exempt (hourly), non-sales roles may also include variable compensation from time to time (e.g., any overtime and shift differential) and annual bonus target (subject to plan eligibility and other requirements).
