The Senior Manager Business Process and Technology Integration - Sales Operations will lead Spacelabs Healthcare's enterprise-wide efforts to drive innovation, operational efficiency, and digital transformation. This role combines visionary leadership with hands-on oversight of strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with corporate goals for growth, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence. The Senior Manager will ensure transformation initiatives align with the company's strategic objectives as defined by executive leadership, contributing directly to Spacelabs' long-term success. The role will set the strategy for integrating technology and optimizing processes across the organization, collaborating closely with teams like Sales, Marketing and CRM/IT to align business needs with digital solutions. With a focus on cross-functional collaboration, this role will drive measurable outcomes while empowering teams to adopt and leverage digital tools effectively.

This position is 100% onsite and is based at Spacelabs Healthcare headquarters in Snoqualmie, Washingon


Responsibilities

Strategic Vision and Leadership

  • Develop and execute a transformation strategy that integrates digital tools and process improvements to support Spacelabs' growth and efficiency objectives.
  • Drive ongoing innovation and foster a culture of continuous improvement to ensure sustained transformation.
  • Lead enterprise-wide initiatives that enhance business capabilities and customer value.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, agility, and continuous improvement.

Enterprise Process Optimization

  • Design and implement scalable processes to streamline operations and improve decision-making.
  • Drive automation and system integrations to modernize workflows and reduce inefficiencies.
  • Identify and prioritize high-impact transformation opportunities in collaboration with senior leadership

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with leaders in Operations, Sales, Service, Marketing, and IT to align initiatives with strategic priorities.
  • Facilitate communication and coordination across teams to ensure seamless execution of projects.
  • Influence senior stakeholders across various teams to secure buy-in and support for transformation initiatives.
  • Engage stakeholders at all levels to drive successful change.

Technology Enablement and Adoption

  • Collaborate with the CRM/IT team to align platforms like Dynamics 365 with business objectives, while IT manages technical implementation and support.
  • Develop and execute training and enablement programs to drive adoption of digital solutions, ensuring teams are equipped to leverage technology effectively.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning through structured onboarding, workshops, and ongoing support.

Initiative Leadership and Oversight

  • Direct Responsibilities: Lead the following initiatives from planning through execution:
    • Drive and support in-flight projects to completion while ensuring alignment to the primary objective.
    • CRM Enhancements: Set the strategy for improving Dynamics 365 functionality, focusing on data quality and integration.
    • Automation of Quote and Order Review: Drive automation to increase speed and accuracy in quote and order processes.
    • Configuration of Product in Manufacturing: Optimize product configuration to streamline manufacturing and installation.
    • Enhanced Contract Booking Process: Lead and implement project accounting/projects operations within D365 to refine contract workflows for better visibility and revenue tracking.
    • Training & Enablement: Develop and implement Training programs for Marketing, Sales and Service organization for CRM adoption across the organization.
  • Contributor Responsibilities: Provide strategic guidance for overlapping initiatives, including:
    • CPQ Enhancement (MVP - Guided Selling): Support guided selling features to simplify sales processes.
    • Funnel Management & All Domains: Assist in optimizing sales funnel management.
    • Manage project interdependencies to ensure alignment across all initiatives.
    • Remain agile to take on additional strategic initiatives as defined by leadership.

Performance Metrics

  • Timely completion of directly managed projects (e.g., CRM Enhancements, Quote/Order Automation).
  • Increased adoption and effective utilization of digital solutions, including Dynamics 365.
  • Demonstrated improvements in process efficiency, customer satisfaction, and revenue growth.
  • Stakeholder satisfaction and engagement, reflecting successful cross-functional collaboration.
  • Uphold the Company's core values of Integrity, Innovation, Accountability, and Teamwork.
  • It is the responsibility of every Spacelabs employee to report to their manager or a member of senior management any quality problems or defects for corrective action to be implemented and to avoid the recurrence of the problem.

  • Duties may be modified or assigned at any time to meet the needs of the business.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in business, marketing, computer science, or related discipline required.
  • Certifications (e.g., PMP, Lean Six Sigma) preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in digital transformation, operational leadership, or strategic project management, with a proven track record in driving technology adoption and user enablement in the healthcare, medical device or high-tech industries.
  • Expertise in integrating technology platforms (e.g., Dynamics 365, Oracle CPQ, ERP systems) to achieve business outcomes.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and change management skills.
  • Medical device experience preferred.
  • Must be able to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship (e.g., H-1B visa status).
