Job Summary

  • Coordinate all incoming and outgoing health system communications.
  • Answer the internal hospital emergency 88 line.
  • Utilize the overhead and digital paging system.
  • Perform answering service for selected physicians.
  • Pager Deployment
  • Process HIT basic request during on call period.
  • Attend departmental meetings.

Qualifications

Education

  • High school education or equivalent GED

Experience

  • One year customer service experience in a call center/hospital setting with basic computer skills and 30 wpm typing, preferred.

(Above requirements can be met by equivalent combination of education and experience)

Compensation/Benefits

  • $12.22-$19.95/hr based on previous work experience
