Hourly Pay Range:

$35.16 - $54.50 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.

Physical Therapist (Inpatient/Outpatient - Multiple Locations)

This application is an evergreen opportunity, which means by applying once, you'll be considered for current and future Physical Therapist openings across our Northwest and Western suburb locations.

Locations Available:

We're hiring part-time Physical Therapists across a variety of our rehabilitation and hospital sites in the northwest and western suburbs, including:

  • Skokie
  • Arlington Heights
  • Elmhurst
  • Naperville

Shifts Available:

We offer flexibility to fit your lifestyle and career goals. This is a great position for those seeking flexibility - ideal for maintaining work/life balance or supplementing other commitments.

(Please note that all shifts may not be available at every location).

  • Full-time, part-time, or PRN
  • Evening shifts (two or more 4-hour evening shifts per week)
  • Weekend shifts (one 4-8-hour weekend shift)

Working in Rehab Services at Endeavor Health:

At Endeavor Health, our mission is to put patient outcomes first and serve both our organization and the community.We currently schedule patients one on one for 45 minutes, with efforts made to keep patients with the same provider from start to finish.We also offer competitive internal education, to help you on your path to continual growth and keep mandatory requirements easy to maintain.For new grads, and those with less than three years' experience, we offer mentorship to ensure you have a great start to your career. We accomplish this by utilizing our many specialized therapists who teach at local universities. They provide mentorship within our residency and fellowship programs. While our primary population of patients is orthopedic physical therapy, we also offer Occupational and Speech services. We offer specialties in hand, neuro, vestibular, pelvic health, pediatrics, and lymphedema.

What You Will Do:

  • Provide evaluation, treatment, and follow-up services to physician-referred patients
  • Prepare and maintain accurate patient records including evaluations, progress notes, discharge summaries, and billing

What You Will Need:

  • License: Licensed or eligible for licensure as a Physical Therapist in the State of IL
  • Education: Graduation from a program in physical therapy approved by appropriate national accrediting bodies
  • Certification: CPR certification required
  • New grads welcome!
