Customer Services Representative / Tram Attendant

Cape Fox Lodge in Ketchikan, Alaska is hiring! Our famous Tram is up and running for the season, and we are looking for a great Customer Services Representative to primarily support the tram operations but also to perform miscellaneous tasks in support of the Cape Fox Lodge in Ketchikan, Alaska.

The Tram operates 7 days a week between the hours of 7am and 10pm. Shifts are 7am to 2:30pm and 2:30pm to 10pm.

Core Duties:

Perform various customer service duties in support of Cape Fox Lodge

Sell tram tickets with a smile; keep the lines moving

Ensure the tram operates safely and efficiently

Coordinate loading and unloading of guests with care, ensuring comfort and safety

Deliver exceptional customer service while sharing local knowledge

Assist with daily safety checks
