Product & Systems Design:Lead end-to-end solution design, from business process mapping to testing and implementation-leveraging Agile methodology to deliver iterative, high-impact results. Automation & Efficiency Projects: Own complex automation and workflow improvement initiatives that increase productivity, reduce costs, and deliver measurable business value. Data-Driven Decision Support: Design and develop analytics dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools. Turn data into insight, and insight into action. Team Leadership & CollaborationProvide coaching and direction to team members, share knowledge across departments, and foster a collaborative problem-solving environment. Process Optimization & Risk Planning: Drive innovation by designing tools and systems that support business continuity, disaster recovery, and long-term sustainability. What You Bring to the Team You're equal parts strategist, problem-solver, and builder. Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Finance, Logistics, or related field Experience: 10+ years of hands-on experience in business systems or product management Proven success managing complex system implementations using Agile methodology Experience leading cross-functional projects and mentoring others Technical Toolbox: Skilled in SQL and BI/reporting tools like Power BI or Tableau Strong process mapping, requirements documentation, and test planning expertise Familiar with dimensional data models, business continuity planning, and enterprise platforms Leadership Strengths: Strong communicator who can engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders Confident decision-maker with a sharp eye for business impact Passionate about improving the user experience-from internal teams to end customers Why Join The Pasha Group? The salary range listed is based on the geographic zone associated with this role:San Rafael, CA. Starting pay will be determined by job-related factors including experience, education, and business needs and may be modified at any time. Zone 1: $160,000 - $180,000 This job is also eligible for participation in an Incentive Plan with a target payout based on eligible compensation and corporate/individual performance goal attainment.
