We're seeking a future team member for the role of Associate, Enterprise CRM Analyst to join our Commercial Office team. This role is located in Pittsburgh, PA - HYBRID schedule. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Enterprise CRM (ECRM) system, focusing on business analytics, needs assessment, user story development, data analytics, reporting, user support, training, and enablement. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business analytics, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders to drive business outcomes. In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:
- Conduct needs assessments to identify business requirements and opportunities for process improvements within the ECRM system
- Develop user stories and work with stakeholders to prioritize and refine requirements
- Design and develop data analytics and reporting solutions to support business decision-making
- Provide user support, training, and enablement to ensure effective adoption and utilization of the ECRM system
- Create and maintain technical documentation, including user guides, process documents, and system documentation
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize data quality issues and develop solutions to improve data integrity
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and other analytics tools to support business insights and decision-making
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, applying this knowledge to continuously improve the ECRM system and business processes
To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- Minimum 1- 2 years of experience in business analytics, with a focus on CRM systems, data analysis, and reporting
- Proven experience with needs assessment, user story development, and data analytics
- Strong understanding of CRM systems, data management, and business intelligence concepts
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders, including business users, IT teams, and external partners
- Experience with technical documentation, user support, and training is a plus
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with ECRM systems, such as Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce or similar platforms
- Knowledge of data visualization tools, such as Power BI or Tableau
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management principles
- Certification in business analytics, data science, or a related field is a plus
