Loyalty & Personalisation Senior Consulting Director, Americas
Location: USA (Cincinnati, Miami or New York)
We are looking forLoyalty & Personalisation Senior Consulting Director, Americasto Partner with Sales and Client teams, understanding new and existing client needs, support new business and existing client account development and sell in relevant and compelling Client Value Propositions
What we expect from you
* Minimum of 15-20 years total work experience
* Speaks Spanish as the role will cover NAM and LATAM
* Experience in designing loyalty, personalisation and CRM strategies & propositions for retailers, with proven experience in i) design thinking & service design methods, ii) outside-in analysis (quant/qual) and iii) applying data science methods to large client data sets
* Proven experience of managing a live portfolio of consulting projects, running in parallel, across a number of clients
* Experience in driving new business development and sales while concurrently overseeing live projects and practice development
* Proven experience of practice leadership and development for 'knowledge' workers - hiring, retention, skill & knowledge development, proposition development, business development (etc) continuously raising the bar on quality and maintaining a competitive edge over the competition as the market evolves
* Tenure at a 'big tech' software vendor that provides AI-powered loyalty, personalisation and CRM software and services, serving retailers, working at the junction of customer value creation, business development and product
* Tenure at a tier 1 strategy consultancy with experience in creating data-enabled commercial strategies for retailers, with an emphasis on loyalty, personalisation and CRM
* In depth knowledge of modern AI capabilities and their commercial application to retailers to boost customer loyalty through loyalty programmes, personalisation and CRM
* Extensive experience working with C-suite and E/SVPs at retailers in both i) sales/business development and ii) value creation assignments in the context of supporting data and AI-based commercial strategies
* Extensive experience of researching and publishing provocative Thought Leadership and participating at conferences as a guest speaker and panellist
