Job Description: The Real Estate Manager creates and maintains value in real property consistent with the owner's objectives. This position is responsible for seeking the efficient balance of tenant owner relations, accurate financial reporting and budgeting, expense control, and proper risk management in compliance with the highest standard of professional ethics. Some things you can expect to do:
- Ensure team members understand what is expected of them and hold them accountable for performance, provide regular feedback and have development conversations, delegate appropriate tasks and provide timely and meaningful recognition.
- Develop a solid working relationship with the brokerage community bridging gaps between leasing and tenant improvement completion.
- Prepare annual budgets for approval and monitor adherence to them.
- Manage the aesthetic and operational aspects of the asset in a responsible manner.
- Take a lead role in the creation and implementation of the client relationship plan.
- Schedule regular property inspections and visiting with tenants at least quarterly.
- Respond to tenant issues and concerns swiftly at all times.
- Maintain an implement Fire and Life Safety plans; ensure all employees, vendors, contractors and tenants are aware of its provisions.
- Report to property owners monthly to explain accounting reports and budget variances to their satisfaction.
- Understand and foster the development needs of staff.
To be successful in this role:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics or Real Estate. Internal Candidates will be considered with a 2-year degree and completion of two industry certifications such as RPA, CPM or CCIM.
- Minimum 5-7 years experience working as a property assistant or property manager in a property management firm, preferably two years at Ryan Properties.
- Real Estate license is required.
- Maintain expertise in one or more specialties such as ADA, OSHA, Indoor Air Quality and Real Estate Valuation.
- Competent computer literacy, including experience with property management software.

Eligibility:
Compensation: The salary is $80,000 - 95,000 per year. The annual base rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills and abilities. Benefits:
