Burns is seeking a talented, highly motivated and experienced Director of Aviation, East Region. Summary: The Regional Director leads business development and operational activities and strategies within the region to achieve sales and revenue goals. Leads and manages project teams to achieve established goals for successful projects and outcomes. Build the capabilities of the region by recruiting talented and goal oriented associates, and providing in-depth training and mentoring. Facilitate a positive communication link between corporate and regional office associates. Supervise the general administration duties of the regional office. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
