GENERAL FUNCTION

The Implementation Administrator is responsible for new and existing client implementations for National clients (up to ~20,000 eligible employees). The National Implementation model is mainly focused on clients with moderate to complex administrative needs through a personalized and manual installation approach.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES



  • Supports Sales and Service teams in review of new or renewing business opportunities to gain an understanding of client administrative needs, member experience, provider experience, and provides perspective/potential solutions for anticipated issues in terms of compliance with EyeMed standards of administration and best practices.
  • Responsible for overall execution of client implementations including definition of defined scope and project timeframe/deliverables, effectively managing project timeline to ensure on-time completion of deliverables and deployment for plan effective date, manage client expectations related to plan administration and support, manage resolution of non-standard administrative items, tracking and communication of project status and issues to EyeMed/Client Leadership teams.
  • Main client/broker contact during the end-to-end implementation process and as a liaison between key client/broker contacts and cross-functional departments.
  • Complies with EyeMed Standards of Administration and plan implementation process as defined by functional areas. Partners with Sales and Service teams to escalate and manage requests for non-standard administrative items, seeing through to resolution and communicating key decisions to impacted parties.
  • Responsible for data entry and tracking of group implementations using Project Plan tool.
  • Effectively communicates details of group implementation to account service owner at completion of implementation.
  • Responsible for maintaining compliance with current state insurance requirements in terms of new plan implementation and renewal processes.
  • Responsible for SMB (Small, Mid-Market Business) client Implementations (<2,000 eligible employees), as needed
  • Leads process improvement projects relevant to the Implementation Process
  • Supports team onboarding/training and mentoring efforts for both National and SMB teams



BASIC QUALIFICATIONS



  • Bachelor Degree or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of experience in Client Operations, Client/Customer Support or Client Implementations
  • Experience with high-volume request management
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills across functional lines including Sales, Operational teams, and exeternally with Clients
  • Solid knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Salesforce or other CRM applications



PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS



  • Knowledge of vision benefits and/or insurance industry
  • 2+ year experience in Project Management Healthcare implementations
  • Works constructively under pressure
