Senior Marketing Manager - Life Sciences Industry What this job involves: This role is responsible for partnering with Life Sciences industry stakeholders to showcase JLL's unique capabilities and enhance our industry reputation. You'll drive awareness and demand generation initiatives, developing and executing strategic marketing plans aligned with business goals. Working collaboratively across marketing teams, you'll deliver multi-channel campaigns that position JLL as a leader in the Life Sciences sector. What your day-to-day will look like: Create and execute strategic marketing plans aligned with Work Dynamics Life Sciences business priorities Develop industry-specific messaging and positioning for JLL's solution portfolio Manage vendor relationships and marketing budget allocation for industry initiatives Monitor market trends and serve as a Life Sciences subject matter expert Coordinate with Centers of Excellence to execute marketing tactics (webinars, podcasts, videos, events) Lead creation of compelling industry content to support sales and marketing efforts Collaborate with business line marketing teams to ensure campaign adoption Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field 8+ years of B2B marketing experience Proven track record of developing strategic marketing plans from reputation to demand generation Strong executive presence and stakeholder management capabilities Experience with CRM, marketing automation, and analytics tools Demonstrated ability to support sales in meeting pipeline and revenue targets Strong project management skills to prioritize high-impact activities Preferred Qualifications: Experience in the pharmaceutical or Life Sciences industry Familiarity with commercial real estate or facility management services Experience building industry-specific buyer personas Advanced degree in marketing or business Experience with cross-functional team leadership Location: Onsite At JLL, we are collectively shaping a brighter way - for our clients, ourselves and our fellow employees.
