IFF in Madison, WI is seeking a Technical Information Specialist to join our global documentation and customer support team!

This is a hybrid role, with two days per week working onsite. The position is responsible for managing technical product information requests and ensuring a smooth and positive experience for internal and external stakeholders. You will collaborate with Business Units, Global Quality, and Regulatory teams to ensure data availability, accuracy, and compliance.

• Manage customer document requests and queries using central data repositories and defined response policies
• Provide first-line support for document content and escalate to subject matter experts when needed
• Maintain and implement policies and procedures for effective delivery of responsibilities
• Develop and communicate performance metrics and identify improvement opportunities
• Drive continuous improvement in processes and systems to meet growing demands
• Monitor customer trends and identify needs for expanded documentation and automation
• Manage non-standard information demands by escalating to internal stakeholders
• Support documentation projects by providing requirements and testing data platforms
• Contribute to team performance by documenting and improving processes
• Participate in other team activities as needed

• Bachelor's degree in science or related field, or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in quality or regulatory functions (preferred)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical skills
• Proficiency in relevant software and data platforms
• Strong work ethic, integrity, and initiative
• Ability to collaborate across functions and draw information from various sources
• Positive attitude and adaptability to changing environments

• Experience working in global documentation or customer support roles
• Familiarity with regulatory documentation and technical data systems
• Proven success in process improvement and cross-functional collaboration
