DESCRIPTION OF WORK

As a Human Services Licensing Representative, you will conduct inspections of community service providers and programs to measure compliance with appropriate regulations. These inspections are conducted for community homes, family living homes, adult training facilities, and vocational facilities. In this position, you will prepare Licensing Inspection Summaries, review plans of correction, and recommend the approval or revocation of licensure of community service providers. You can expect to provide guidance and advice to community service providers for correcting noncompliance areas and explaining regulations and licensure requirements. You will also conduct investigations into community service providers whenever complaints are received. Additionally, you will attend appeal hearings to provide testimony regarding denied and revoked licenses, as well as licensing meetings and training sessions to ensure the consistency of the interpretation and administration of regulations. - Full-time employment
- Work hours are 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 30-minute lunch.
- This is a home headquartered position which will require you to be headquartered at your home and travel to worksites in Bucks, Chester, Delaware, Montgomery, and Philadelphia counties to complete your work duties. In order to be home headquartered, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection and work from an approved location inside Pennsylvania.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITY

QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:
- Two years of professional experience gathering and analyzing information in a social service or law enforcement program, and a bachelor's degree; or
- An equivalent combination of experience and training.
Other Requirements:
- You must reside in or be willing to relocate to the Southeast Region (which includes Bucks, Chester, Delaware, Montgomery, and Philadelphia counties) by the time of hire.

- You must be able to perform essential job functions.
